Roller Slide Flexi
  • Consists of a padded sliding board with a cover that slides round the board, moving with the client during transfer
  • Unique sliding material reduces the friction under the user avoiding unnecessary lifting for the carer
  • Ensures gentle, simple and safe transfers for users who are injured or very sensitive to pain
  • A rigid inner board guarantees a stable transfer even when there is a gap of up to 20cm, or where there is a difference in height or an uneven surface
  • Can be folded lengthwise along the centreline of the client or the bed and effortlessly adapts to the surface it rests on

  • Delivery
    We provide delivery to your door within NT. Depending on your location the charges may vary.

    Standard Items can be delivered immediately upon placing the order. Some products that are too large or heavy will be delivered via alternate methods for which charges may differ.

    Returns
    We offer FREE returns to all our customers. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned like intimate or sanitary goods and some health and personal care items.

    Refunds
    Once the returned product is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Sale items
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges
